Product Specification

The Bonded NdFeB Magnet is made by mixing rare earth powder and resin, and is formed by compression. It has no magnetic field while compression, so it is available to be formed in various shapes and the dimension is easily to control in a very tiny tolerance. This is essential to design the multifunctional, light and small devices and products. In generally, the surface treatment of magnet is coated epoxy to prevent corrosion.
[part] Also, this magnet can be produced to the formation magnetized with diametric, mutipoles, axially or radially according to customer's design demanding, thus, the characteristic of poles are very flexible. Besides, must watch out the temperature coefficient sustainability while use this magnet in low temperature environment. If the product is applied at the high temperature environment, for the security sake, we suggest to use Alnico magnet instead.
Applications :
The Bonded NdFeB Magnets are easier to process to such as various complex shapes and in miniature, low costing, accurate tolerance products. Here are the application to such as: Office Automation equipments, Electric Machinery , Motors, DVD, Mobile phone, Mechanical and Electrical products, Medical treatment, Oil reduction, Conveyer Roller, Demagnetizer, Active component, Sensor component, Pendulum, Others....etc.
