Neodymium (Nd-Fe-B) Powerful Magnets are the highest strength than other magnetic materials available on the market nowadays.
[part] Neodymium Powerful Magnets are formed with powders and undergo a sintering process, because of the greater magnetism, they are widely used in the lighter, thinner, compacter modern products. Generally, in order to avoid oxidization on surface which adds a protective coating, the most common corrosive resistance methods are the nickel, zinc or epoxy resin coating, but even doing to protective coating on the Nd-Fe-B magnets surfaces, the oxidization situation might be still possibly happening during a long period (about 1 year but also depending on the storage environment). Although this kind of small defective, it does not affect the magnetic strength and function.
[part] Besides, it needs to pay attention on the temperature coefficient of different grade of materials, Neodymium has high energy, but it is lower working temperature Alinico Magnets...etc.
Applications:
Neodymium (Nd-Fe-B) magnets are very strong magnetically, and should be surface treatments, are easily formed into various sizes and, no tooling charge...etc characteristics and advantages.
